INCOME LIMIT

HUD is required by law to set income limits that the Housing Authority must use to determine the eligibility of applicants for HUD’s assisted housing programs, including the Public Housing program. The income limits are published annually and are based on HUD estimates of median family income in a particular area or county, with adjustments for family size.

Listed below are the 2018 limits:

Family of 1 $34,200

Family of 2 $39,050

Family of 3 $43,950

Family of 4 $48,800

Family of 5 $52,750

Family of 6 $56,650

Family of 7 $60,550

Family of 8 $64,450
