Yes, the Terre Haute Housing Authority representative will request whatever documentation is needed to verify the information given on your application.
THE ITEMS WE NEED:
Photo ID for all adult family members, birth certificates for each member of the household as well as social security cards for each member of the household.
The Terre Haute Housing Authority will also rely on direct verification from your employer, bank, etc. You will be asked to sign a form to authorize release of pertinent information to the PHA.
