How To Apply
To Apply for the Housing Choice Voucher:
Applications can be picked up at 2001 N. 19th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804
Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
The items you will need:
-Birth certificates and social security cards for each person that will reside in the household.
-Photo identification for adult members.
-Income verification.
Applications can be returned by mail or in person. Applications that are not complete will not be accepted.
Our waiting list will open on August 23, 2017.

Portability
For anyone interested in
Porting to Vigo County, please have your current Housing Agency send all
supporting documents: Hud 52665, current voucher, 50058, EIV if a current participant, birth
certificates and social security cards for everyone in the household, and Driver’s License or State issued ID for all
adults. Also, documentation of all income.
